**What we want to avoid: bankruptcy.** 12,485 businesses in 2025, nearly CHF 1.8 billion lost to creditors. A listing published in time gives the business a chance of being taken over.

All four of us have founded, grown and then handed over at least one business. Each time, we were almost on our own at the most important moment.

We work with every broker in Switzerland, bringing them buyers for their sale mandates, and with every player in the industry. Only one segment puts us in competition: businesses worth less than CHF 250,000, a market with few players and plenty of demand.

**Co-opetition**: cooperation between competitors, often within a business ecosystem in which each player has a role: orchestrator, contributor or enabler. The word, a blend of “cooperation” and “competition”, was popularised in 1996 by Barry Nalebuff and Adam Brandenburger.

- **Under CHF 250,000** — Few players, plenty of demand: here we are both orchestrator and contributor, and support sellers and buyers directly to get this market moving.
- **From CHF 250,000** — Brokers run their mandates; we bring them buyers. Fiduciary firms, banks and advisers find the deals that need them.
