With the acquisition of its own workshop in 1999, all timber construction and plumbing products are manufactured in the in-house carpentry and plumbing workshop. In addition to new builds, the company also handles renovations, extensions and ongoing maintenance of building envelopes. For a successful takeover, both sufficient financial resources for ongoing operations and pre-financing of new contracts as well as sound specialist knowledge in plumbing, carpentry or roofing are required, ideally complemented by business management experience.
