## Description
Artisan cheese dairy active in French-speaking Switzerland, the company produces soft cheeses with a strong regional identity. Its range is centred on a Vacherin AOP, a plain tomme available in filled versions, as well as a range of goat's cheeses and processed products (grated cheese, fondue mixes, speciality resale products). The company controls an integrated value chain from milk collection to delivery of packaged "ready-to-sell" products, using an ERP system to manage production, stock and delivery rounds. It has modernised industrial facilities (cellars with centralised refrigeration and filtered air, stainless steel equipment, air sterilisation systems) and a loyal, versatile team organised to handle seasonal production peaks.

The company generates the majority of its turnover in Switzerland, with an established presence in French-speaking Switzerland and a network of 160 to 180 points of sale served each week. France is the main export market (approximately 15% of sales depending on the year), with the remainder being marginal. The customer portfolio is structured around specialist retailers, complemented by a major national chain with exclusivity for the AOP and a few distributors, with the ten largest customers accounting for approximately half of turnover. The cheese dairy is part of a small group of approved Vacherin AOP producers and ranks in the middle in terms of annual volumes, in a market governed by strict specifications limiting the production area. Identified growth opportunities include development in German-speaking Switzerland via distributors, strengthening export and e-commerce, densifying the existing network and gradually expanding the range using cow's and goat's milk, whilst maintaining a manageable organisation.
