# Established hair salon in city centre, loyal clientele

## In brief
- Sector : Hair salon
- Asking price : CHF 45,000 - 57,500

## Description
This business is a hair salon in a central location in German-speaking Switzerland. Founded five years ago, it has become firmly established in its neighbourhood and enjoys steady demand throughout the year. The premises had never housed a salon before. They were completely redesigned with the help of an architect, then fitted out from scratch: floors, technical installations and furniture were all custom-made. Everything is complete, functional and ready for operation from the day of the takeover. The business relies on a large, loyal clientele. Today, the salon is run by one person, and demand now exceeds what she can handle alone. There is therefore real potential for growth for a buyer who wants to welcome more clients. This opportunity is aimed at two hairdressers who want to start out together, or at a professional ready to continue running the business with a small team. It allows you to become self-employed without starting from zero, with infrastructure in place and an existing client base. The asking price is CHF 50'000. Interested parties are invited to get in touch to find out more and arrange a visit.

## Reason for sale
The owner plans to leave Switzerland to settle abroad. This is her only reason for selling, and she wishes to hand over her salon and clientele to a trusted buyer.

## Strong points
Central location in the city Salon established for five years Complete fit-out carried out with an architect Large, loyal clientele, strong demand Growth potential for two people or a small team
