Active for over twenty years in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, this commercial agency exclusively represents a recognised European manufacturer in the mid to high-end kitchen segment. It plays a central role in developing the brand across the territory, with recurring turnover generated by the parent company exceeding 1.8 million francs per year. The agency handles prospecting, contract negotiation, management of the reseller and prescriber network, as well as training partner kitchen specialists. It holds a key position in the brand's growth thanks to its technical expertise, market understanding and proven sales processes. Operating in B2B, this business is ideally suited to an autonomous technical sales profile seeking to work independently, with a strong client focus and excellent organisational skills. Fluency in English or German is essential; Italian is a real asset. The agency benefits from a flexible structure, an excellent reputation and a loyal client base of resellers and sector players. Development potential is significant: geographical expansion, network strengthening, operational optimisation and increased participation in targeted marketing activities. Full support over 3 to 6 months is planned to facilitate the commercial transition and handover of existing relationships.
The owner wishes to transfer the agency as part of a professional reorientation and ensure a structured succession with a qualified buyer.
