For sale is a modern Swiss natural cosmetics startup offering a clearly structured 2-step care concept for face and body. The brand focuses on a plant-based key active ingredient and combines natural, vegan formulations with Swiss quality standards, free from microplastics and unnecessary additives. The range includes a fully developed and approved facial care line; additional products such as body and lip care are formulated, with further lines prepared. Brand development, product registrations for Switzerland and the EU, logistics and e-commerce infrastructure have already been professionally implemented. The current average basket value is around CHF 70, with a gross margin of approximately 83%. Distribution is primarily through D2C e-commerce in German-speaking markets and is complemented by a B2B2C model targeting resellers in the beauty, health and fitness sectors. The startup thus provides a scalable foundation for subscription-based or direct sales business models. Despite considerable investments of over CHF 300,000 in development, approvals, branding and infrastructure, the company requires additional resources to realise its growth potential. The sale is ideal for buyers from cosmetics, pharma, consumer health, e-commerce or private equity who wish to acquire a market-ready concept with high margins and a clear USP. A share or asset deal is possible.
