Company active since 2015 and specialised in importing Portuguese products such as wild fish, dried cod from Peniche, frozen fish, fruit and vegetables. The business relies on a loyal local clientele including restaurants, markets and private customers. It is supported by a direct supply chain in Portugal and simple operations, with a lean structure that is easy to take over. Average turnover amounts to approximately CHF 32,000 per year. The sale includes a refrigerated van, stock and a small 20 m² refrigerated warehouse for rent. Operations require approximately 10 hours of work per week, offering a flexible activity with development potential depending on the buyer's involvement. One month of support is offered to facilitate the transition. The business can also be sold with a complementary gardening activity, which allows for shared resources and diversified revenue streams.
The owner wishes to change direction and is transferring the business to a motivated buyer capable of maintaining relationships with Portuguese suppliers and the local clientele.
