This unique opportunity concerns a fully equipped ceramic workshop, located in the Canton of Geneva. The bright 65 m² premises offer an ideal space to develop a craft or artistic activity in an environment conducive to creativity. The entire setup is offered turnkey, allowing immediate takeover of the business. The workshop has complete and modern professional equipment. Six pottery wheels allow for hosting groups for training sessions or collective workshops. A 150-litre Nabertherm kiln, installed in 2019 and equipped with an appropriate ventilation system, guarantees quality firing. The infrastructure also includes drying shelves for pieces in progress as well as a sink fitted with a settling tank, essential for working with clay. The space also includes a sales and exhibition shop with a beautiful built-in shelf unit, allowing creations to be showcased and direct commercial activity to be developed. This configuration offers interesting versatility between craft production, teaching and retail sales. The location benefits from easy access thanks to the immediate proximity of public transport and car parks, a major asset for attracting both students and customers. This accessibility represents a notable competitive advantage in developing the business. This business is aimed at a ceramic craftsperson wishing to have a complete working tool, an entrepreneur wanting to develop a training activity in art crafts, or an enthusiast seeking to transform their practice into a professional activity.
