High-end hair salon in a tourist resort in Graubünden

This established hair salon is for sale in a tourist location in the canton of Graubünden. It has an attractive location and a loyal clientele built up over the years. The new owner can continue the business as it is. The premises have been carefully designed in a modern, clean style. Light tones, mainly white, create a calm and elegant atmosphere that stands out from more traditional salon concepts. All furniture and equipment are included in the sale. The salon is air-conditioned, which ensures good working conditions for the team and clients during the summer. A separate adjoining room, used as a kitchen, completes the premises. It is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, which makes day-to-day organisation easier. The business operates in the premium segment and offers a consistent concept of care and products. The new owner can continue this philosophy if they wish. The offer suits an independent hairdresser as well as anyone wishing to take over a business that is already up and running. The tourist setting also opens up prospects for development. An orderly handover, with an introduction to the business and its clientele, is possible after discussion. Further information, photos and financial data are shared in confidence with serious prospective buyers.
