Hair salon established in 2019 with loyal clientele - Canton of Zurich

This hair salon, founded in 2019 in the canton of Zurich, offers a modern, well-kept setting that appeals to a broad and varied clientele. The quality fit-out and recent equipment, some of it still under warranty for three years, create a pleasant environment for clients and staff alike. The clientele is mostly made up of regulars, over 80%. It is evenly split between women and men, with an average age of around 37. The team has a few employees. The premises cover about 122 m² and include a cutting and styling area, a dedicated men's area, a colour room, a reception and a waiting area with retail space. A separate washing area, designed as a small spa, allows the salon to offer shampoos and treatments in a relaxed atmosphere. The salon has basement storage, a parking space reserved for clients and two separate entrances, which opens up the possibility of partial subletting. The location is prime, on a busy street with a pedestrian zone, surrounded by businesses and local shops that ensure a steady flow of passers-by. Two types of takeover are possible: purchase of the assets or purchase of the company's shares. The owner is open to discussing the timing and a gradual handover period. An initial confidential discussion will allow the terms to be defined together.
