Premium multi-brand garage established since 2005 - Canton of Zurich

This company, active since 2005 in the canton of Zurich, is a garage specialising in the sale of new and used high-end and luxury vehicles. It is located in a well-kept setting, with a showroom that is a real asset for its image. The offer covers all the needs of a demanding clientele. The workshop has eight vehicle lifts and a large stock of spare parts. The company also offers a winter storage and vehicle safekeeping service, a tyre service with storage, as well as bodywork and customisation services. The company employs a small team of between 6 and 20 people and is incorporated as a SA (public limited company). Its business relies on an established network of purchasing contacts across Europe, which would be passed on to the buyer. This network is a significant commercial advantage for sourcing prestige vehicles. The sale covers the business without the premises, with a lease for the premises. The asking price is between CHF 3.5 and 4 million, and the planned financing is self-financing. The transfer can take place quickly. This opportunity is aimed at a buyer from the automotive sector, or an investor wishing to take over a well-positioned business in the premium segment.
