The desired profile is a company from the sector, a cluster-type group or experienced individuals. Several acquisition scenarios are possible. A first tranche of at least 50% of the share capital must be purchased and paid for. The balance may combine reinvestment by the seller, a conditional earn-out, a vendor loan limited to 15%, or staggered payment with guarantees. The buyer's financial standing will be verified.
