Swiss producer of tailor-made solutions for construction and infrastructure

This company is an established specialist that designs flexible, customised solutions for the construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Production takes place in Switzerland, which allows it to respond efficiently to the specific requests of each client. Additional customisation and finishing services round out the offer and give the company a clear position in a B2B niche market. The customer base consists mainly of construction and infrastructure companies and related industries across Switzerland. A high proportion of loyal customers and a well-balanced revenue mix ensure stable business relationships and limit dependence on any single client. The production and storage site is well served by transport links and has spare capacity. Day-to-day operations are run largely autonomously by an experienced team that has been with the company for many years and masters the processes and production. The organisational structure remains lean. The current owners are focusing their resources on other entrepreneurial activities. As a result, the growth potential has only been partly exploited. The business suits strategic investors who already have sales and administrative structures in place, as well as private buyers with an entrepreneurial mindset who wish to take over an established production workshop. The sellers plan to provide support during a defined integration phase and remain available for advice. Interested parties are invited to request further information.
