Fitted-out bar, club and event venue in the Bernese Seeland

This food service and entertainment business offers a venue that is already fitted out, available for takeover in the Seeland region, between Biel/Bienne and Bern. It suits anyone who wants to develop their own bar, club or event concept. The premises include a large bar area, several lounge corners, high tables and movable furniture. Dark tones, wooden elements and the existing lighting create a warm atmosphere. The counter is equipped with cooling units and a glass washer. There is also a separate smoking room, a sound system, lighting effects, storage rooms, a cloakroom and toilets. The exact scope of the takeover will be defined on the basis of an inventory. The stated capacity is 150 people. The total rented area is around 284 m², of which about 165 m² is for the club and bar. The business operates in rented premises, with a net monthly rent of about CHF 2'900 in 2026, followed by an increase planned under a contractual step scale from 2027. The programme can be varied: concerts, comedy nights, afterworks, corporate drinks, tastings, quizzes, vernissages or themed nights. Partnerships with regional companies, associations and organisers, as well as communication in German and French, offer ways to attract customers. The region is well served by road and rail, with direct connections to Biel/Bienne and Bern and a night transport service at weekends. The takeover price is set at CHF 250'000, VAT included, and is negotiable. Further information is provided after signing a confidentiality agreement.
