Traditional butcher's shop well established in the town centre - Horgen district, Zurich

This retail butcher's shop has been established for many years in the heart of an attractive municipality in the canton of Zurich, on a busy main road. The neighbouring shops, cafés and restaurants generate steady, regular foot traffic. The business holds a strong position in its local market and has a loyal, stable customer base. Its turnover remains solid from year to year, with profitability that the seller considers high. It is particularly suited to a butcher who already has their own production premises. The sales area is equipped with refrigerated and frozen display units, as well as a counter showing cheeses, meats and charcuterie. A heated counter allows for catering activity. The modern till is connected to several scales. The rear workspace includes a vacuum machine, equipment for escalopes and minced meat, slicers, a double steamer, a tilting skillet and a separate washing-up area with a hood-type dishwasher. The leased premises also include a large cold room, a freezer room, a storage room, a staff room and toilets. The takeover is aimed at an experienced professional in the trade who wants to quickly step into an established business.
