Established gift and home decor shop on Lake Zurich

This gift and lifestyle shop is located in a busy lakeside municipality in the canton of Zurich. It has been operating successfully for more than five years. The range brings together a carefully chosen selection of mostly handmade items, far from mass production: gifts, home decor, fashion accessories and jewellery. The products come from a network of international designers and suppliers, built up with care over the years. The main customer base is local, made up mostly of women aged around forty to sixty. They come back regularly, for themselves and to buy gifts. The end-of-year period, from November to December, accounts for the largest share of annual turnover. The shop is fully fitted out, including a custom-made wall of shelving built by a Swiss carpenter. It is ready to operate from the day of the handover. The transaction includes the stock, fixtures and fittings, till equipment, the supplier list and the transfer of the lease, subject to the landlord's approval. This is an asset sale limited to the business: the operating company, the brand and the logo are not included. A small team runs the shop. The owner offers support to help with the transition.
