Tobacco and lottery kiosk on a busy road - Canton of Geneva

This kiosk is located on a very busy road on the right bank of Geneva. Its location offers good visibility to pedestrians and drivers alike, throughout the day. The customer base is made up of regulars from the neighbourhood, complemented by a large flow of passing customers. The current operator recently relaunched the business and widened the range to cover most everyday purchases from a single counter: tobacco, vaping products, lottery games, drinks, alcohol, confectionery and coffee. The point of sale is fitted out and ready to operate. The fittings are in place and the stock is included in the purchase price. The buyer can therefore start quickly, without heavy initial investment. The premises, of about twelve square metres, are easy to organise and manage, with a moderate monthly rent for this type of location. This business may suit a self-employed person who wants to run a simple local shop, or an industry professional looking to open a second point of sale on the right bank. Kiosks of this size on such a busy road are rare on the market. Purchase price of the business: CHF 98'000.-. Contact us to receive the full file and arrange a visit.
