Romantic pizzeria with takeaway service - Canton of Zurich

This opportunity is for anyone who wants to start out as a self-employed restaurateur. It is a pizzeria with a romantic setting, complemented by a takeaway offer, located in the east of the canton of Zurich. The buyer can take over the lease of the premises immediately or at a date to be agreed with the seller. This flexibility makes it easier to plan the transition and allows the business to start under good conditions. The restaurant has an intimate dining room with 12 seats. This size makes the business simple to run, suited to a small team or to an owner-operator who works hands-on. The concept combines the atmosphere of a restaurant with the flexibility of takeaway, which offers two potential sources of revenue. The furniture and equipment are described as high quality and are offered at a price considered fair. The buyer therefore does not need to invest heavily to equip the premises and can focus on building up the customer base. Opening hours are freely set by the operator. This leaves room to adapt the offer to local demand and to their own working rhythm. To find out more about the terms of the takeover, please get in touch via the platform.
