Versatile restaurant and event venue with terrace and car park - Canton of Geneva

This business offers a restaurant combined with a large event space, located in the canton of Geneva. Its location is very central, which makes access easy for local customers and for groups coming from further afield. The premises offer more than 120 indoor seats and a large terrace with more than 150 seats. A car park with more than 100 spaces completes the site. The total surface area is around 1,000 m². Several independent entrances make it possible to host different events at the same time, in separate spaces. The venue is compliant and holds the permits and opening hours needed for music, concerts and club-type operation. It is therefore suited to catering, a takeaway and catering service, and to organising weddings, birthday parties, private evenings, corporate events and dance nights. The development potential is real. The premises could house rooms, offices or a private or rental apartment. Partial subletting of the spaces is also possible, which opens the way to additional income. The monthly rent is CHF 11'500. This opportunity is aimed at a restaurant or events professional who wants to lead an ambitious project in the heart of Geneva. The price of the business (goodwill and assets) is available on request, and a discussion will help clarify the terms of the takeover.
