Artistic iris photography studio, Lake Geneva region - Canton of Vaud

This business offers an original concept built around artistic iris photography. It serves a niche market at the crossroads of art, decoration and personalised gifts. The studio is located in a well-known tourist destination in the canton of Vaud. This setting gives access to local customers, as well as to visitors from abroad who appreciate a unique experience and a bespoke keepsake. The business relies on an established commercial identity and belongs to a network of existing studios. The sale includes one or more brands, so the buyer joins a structured concept rather than starting from scratch. The development potential is real. Private individuals are the core clientele, but companies (gifts, events) and tourism players offer growth opportunities to explore. The transaction is a majority sale and includes a debt takeover, points to be clarified during discussions. This opportunity will suit a buyer drawn to photography, art or creative retail, who wishes to develop a niche concept in a busy region.
