Hair salon with barber area and team in place - Canton of Geneva

This hair salon is located in a shopping centre on the left bank of the canton of Geneva. The location benefits from regular footfall and free parking, which makes access easy for customers. Many clients book their next appointment at the end of a visit. The premises of about 69 m² are fitted out with eight styling stations, three basins and a barber area that is already up and running. This layout makes it possible to welcome customers at any time of the week, whether for children's haircuts in midweek, weekend colourings or late-afternoon appointments. The clientele is family-based and varied: women, men and children. A team of five trained employees, committed to the business, handles day-to-day service. Supplier relationships are established and the appointment book is active. A commercial lease is in place. The owner wishes to hand over the business and offers to support the buyer during the transition. This acquisition suits an independent hairdresser or a salon operator looking to expand their network, without starting from scratch. The price of the business (goodwill and assets) is CHF 249'000.-.
