Equipped beauty salon with local clientele - Canton of Geneva

This business is a beauty salon in the canton of Geneva, on the left bank. It occupies a ground-floor unit with a shop window, on a street with regular foot traffic. A bus stop is right next to the entrance, which gives good everyday visibility. The salon offers a full range of services: facial and body treatments, hair removal, hand and foot care, as well as lash and brow work. The premises are calm and discreet. They are fully fitted out and equipped, so the business can continue without any upfront investment in renovation or furniture. The existing clientele comes largely from the neighbourhood, attracted by the location and the shop window. The business is operating, which allows a buyer to start with appointments already in place. This opportunity suits a beautician who wishes to work under her own name in a ready-to-use space. It may also interest a practitioner from a related field, such as massage, nail care or body treatments, who wants to broaden her offer at a well-located second site. The asking price for the business is CHF 98'000.-. Please feel free to request more information to arrange a visit.
