Tobacconist and newsagent with kitchen and tea room potential - Canton of Geneva

This tobacconist and newsagent business is located on the ground floor, in a lively neighbourhood on the right bank of Geneva. The surrounding area mixes housing and offices, and good public transport links ensure a steady flow of passers-by from the morning until early evening. Run by the same owner for more than ten years, the business has built a largely loyal customer base. This stable base is a solid foundation for a buyer who wishes to continue the activity with continuity. The premises, of about 80 m², consist of two interconnected spaces. They also include a cellar, toilets and a fitted kitchen. These existing facilities make it possible to add a tea room offer to the kiosk and so widen the customer base, without heavy initial works. The sale includes the stock, except for cigarettes, as well as the existing video surveillance system. Monthly rent is CHF 2'500.-, and the asking price for the business (goodwill) is CHF 198'000.-. A tobacconist-kiosk with a kitchen and a second space is rarely found in central Geneva. Interested parties can request the full file after signing a confidentiality agreement.
