AI platform for project management, first major client in production - Central Switzerland

For several years, this Swiss company has supported large companies with their digital transformation and with the management of programmes and projects. It is now opening a seed funding round to develop an artificial intelligence platform dedicated to managing complex projects. The solution does not replace existing tools, it sits on top of them. It follows the meetings where decisions are made, checks what is said against the data in project management tools, records decisions, risks and tasks with named owners, then follows up on open items. Project managers get a fact-based progress report, with less manual coordination. A next step will make it possible to spot risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early. The platform was designed for demanding environments: information security, data protection, client isolation and data hosting in Switzerland. The company owns the rights to the software and the brand is registered. A paid, binding, multi-year contract has been signed with one of the largest companies in the country. The platform is used in production there by several teams, and new use cases are being prepared. Other companies are being approached. The model is based on recurring software licences, complemented by implementation and training services. The funding takes the form of a convertible loan. A first part has already been subscribed and paid in. The funds will be used for product development, scaling up operations and entering new markets.
