This small body shop, active since 2008 in the canton of Zurich, is for sale with its fully equipped workshop. The company is run as a limited company (AG) and operates with a very small team. The workshop has several vehicle lifts, a frame straightening bench, work tables and all the welding equipment needed for panel beating. The equipment is described as complete and of good quality, so the business can be taken over without a significant initial investment. The premises also include an office with two workstations, equipped with industry software for managing repair files, as well as printers and standard office equipment. A break area with a kitchenette and toilets complete the premises. The existing customer base is included in the sale price, which helps ensure continuity of the business. The premises are rented, so the takeover includes the lease. Financing is negotiable, and the buyer must have equity corresponding to the asking price. This opportunity suits a professional body repairer or a buyer who wants to set up quickly in a working workshop, located in a residential municipality in the Zurich region. Interested parties are invited to get in touch to find out more.
