This opportunity is for therapists and masseurs who wish to take over a practice that is already up and running, located in a highly reputable business district of the canton of Zurich. The premises, of about 18 m², were fully renovated by the current operator. Flooring, paintwork and furniture have all been renewed, giving a neat and professional result. The takeover includes the equipment needed for the business: a professional massage table, chairs, storage, treatment linen, decorative items and accessories. A small equipped kitchen and toilets are available for shared use. The main asset of this takeover is the existing massage clientele, built up over time and based on trust. The premises are particularly suited to medical masseurs, therapists recognised by health insurers and self-employed practitioners who want to grow their business on solid foundations. Monthly rent is CHF 1'950. Continuation of the lease is to be agreed between the parties and is subject to the landlord's approval. The offer covers only the complete takeover of the site, with the agreed inventory, the equipment and the transferable client relationships. A simple sublet of the premises without taking over the equipment is not offered. The takeover price is available on request. Serious applicants can get in touch to receive, in confidence, information on the lease, the equipment and the handover date.
The owner runs two sites and, for strategic and organisational reasons, wishes to concentrate their activity on a single location.
