This business is a large bar in a central district of the canton of Zurich, a few minutes' walk from the railway station. The area is lively. Restaurants, shops, universities and offices are close by, which ensures a steady flow of passers-by. The premises stand out for their rustic, warm atmosphere. The fit-out was done with care and a significant financial investment. The indoor space seats 80 people and holds up to 140 standing. A sunny terrace adds 70 seats. The equipment is complete. The long counter includes refrigerated drawers, refrigerated cabinets, a beer tap, a refrigerated drinks station, a portafilter coffee machine, grinders, a double sink and a glasswasher. A preparation room for cold dishes has a small oven, a fridge, a sink and a dishwasher, but no professional kitchen ventilation. There are also customer toilets, an office, storage areas, a drinks storeroom, staff toilets and a changing room, as well as a cellar. The business is run by a small team and can be taken over quickly, without major works. It suits a buyer who wants to start straight away in premises that are already fitted out. The monthly rent includes service charges. Interested parties are invited to get in touch via Leez for further details.
