This catering business, located in the canton of Basel-Stadt, offers a menu centred on charcoal-grilled meat, for dining in or taking away. The premises are on a busy main road. Good visibility attracts passing trade, as well as regular customers. The bright dining room, with simple and well-kept decor, seats 70 guests. The terrace, shaded by tall trees, offers 50 additional seats. The sales area with grill is the focal point of the venue: customers can watch their food being grilled. The drinks bar has a professional two-group coffee machine, a grinder, refrigerated drawers and a wine cabinet. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped: gas range, kebab spit, bains-marie, double fryer, combi oven, numerous refrigeration units, chest freezer, ice machine and hood-type dishwasher. Storage rooms for drinks, dry goods and wood, guest toilets, a staff changing room and two parking spaces complete the premises. The business, set up as a Sàrl (limited liability company), employs a small team. The monthly rent, including service charges and parking spaces, is CHF 5'600. The takeover price is set at CHF 280'000, with possible handover immediately. Buyers interested in a grill concept with a strong identity can request more information to discuss the file.
