This retail business, active since 2012, occupies a central location in the canton of Zurich, right next to a major railway station. Accessibility is excellent, on foot or by public transport. The area is very busy throughout the day thanks to the many offices, restaurants and the nearby station. This footfall generates a steady flow of passers-by and reaches several types of customers: employees of nearby shops, tourists, commuters and shoppers. The 89 m2 premises have a large floor-to-ceiling shop window, which offers very good visibility and shows the products off well. The fit-out is professional and in excellent condition: carefully designed lighting, quality shelving, display tables and a sales counter equipped with a digital till. A light food service activity, with cold kitchen, could also be considered in the adjoining space, subject to the approval of the building management. A terrace with seating appears feasible. The location would therefore suit a takeaway café, matcha bar, pastry shop or sandwich shop concept. The takeover includes the fittings and inventory, but not the stock of goods. Monthly rent is CHF 5'600, plus service charges. Interested parties are invited to request the full file to explore the opportunity in more detail.
