This business is a photo shop located right in the city centre, in the canton of Geneva. It sits in a shopping area that is busy from morning to evening, which gives it good visibility among local residents and passing visitors alike. The business covers the sale of new and second-hand photographic equipment, printing, large-format printing and film developing. The latter service has become rare, while interest in analogue photography is growing again, particularly among young people. The customer base is loyal and varied. The premises of about 67 m² are fully fitted out and equipped with professional machines in working order. A large stock is included in the sale. Operations can therefore start from day one, without a large initial investment. The rent is considered moderate given the central location. A full-time owner-operator would have several growth levers: longer opening hours, expanded services for professionals and the launch of online sales. The seller offers to support the transition in order to pass on their expertise. The asking price for the business is CHF 98'000.-. This opportunity is aimed at photography enthusiasts who want to take over a complete, established business. We invite you to read the official listing for more information.
