This limited liability company (Sàrl), established for 13 years in the canton of Geneva, specialises in locksmithing, metalwork, boilermaking and the manufacture of made-to-measure metal structures. It works with steel, stainless steel and aluminium for building professionals and private clients. Its reputation for quality has been built mainly through word of mouth, with no structured sales prospecting and no significant advertising spend. Its clients include architecture firms, general contractors, private individuals and other players in the building trade, with recurring relationships with architects and swimming pool builders. They remained loyal through the change of management in 2024. The business operates from a workshop of about 250 m², well located in central Geneva, with convenient access for deliveries and loading. The space can accommodate a production team of three to four people. The workshop is fully equipped: CNC plasma cutter, shear, press brake, bending machines, punching machine, band saw, TIG and MIG welding stations, as well as an electric van and a set of power tools. The business can therefore continue operating immediately. The transaction covers 100% of the shares. It includes the business and its clientele, the equipment, the tools, the vehicle, the stock of raw materials, work in progress, the website, the domain name and the commercial track record. The price is negotiable and payment terms can be discussed depending on the buyer's profile. The owner can support the transition for a few months. This opportunity may suit a professional wishing to become self-employed, a company looking to grow in Geneva, or a player seeking local metal fabrication capacity.
