BePaid is a Swiss invoicing tool for SMEs, the self-employed and fiduciary firms. You create an invoice with a compliant Swiss QR-bill in two minutes, send it by email, and see at a glance who has paid and who is late. Reminders go out automatically, on the schedule you set. Invoice numbering, VAT and accounting exports are handled in the background. The rest of the platform works the same way: client database, quotes, recurring invoices, expense tracking and bank payment reconciliation via camt.054 import. Data is processed in line with Swiss data protection law. There is a free version to test the tool, then a monthly or annual subscription to remove the limits.
